A note from me …
I can’t remember what drew me to my first yoga class in the late 80s in London, but I can remember the feeling of ‘coming home’ and the deep peace it gave me. From the 90s onward I continued to practice and explore Buddhist teachings, which led me to training in acupuncture and massage. I then came to Oxford in the late 90s to escape the London PR scene, and fell in love with Ashtanga, which became my main practice for many years. I decided to add to my acupuncture skills with an Osteopathy degree, and then yoga-teacher training. Along the way I also fell for my northern yoga lad, and we had our two boys. Over the years my own yoga practice has become more slow-flow, restorative and meditation based. My journey brings me to today and working in the specialism I love – women, babies, pregnancy and childbirth.

Pregnancy yoga gave me a community on the run up to having my second child and gave me the perfect calm space away from the chaos of toddler life. The massage I had at 40 weeks was amazing- unlike so many other massages it felt like it made a real difference to how my joints and muscles were feeling as well as being so relaxing. Would recommend any mama flow session/treatment!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Agnieszka Trzebiatowska17/06/2024Sarah's classes are amazing. I have been a client of hers for many years for pain management support. Sara listens, to you and to your body. Sara works with you to make treatments a positive, calm, welcoming and comfortable experience. I highly recommend Sara for therapeutic treatments and also have friends who have benefitted from her pregnancy and postnatal support too.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Katherine Clarke13/06/2024I attended the pregnancy yoga classes with Sara from 20-40 weeks of my pregnancy. The class is so relaxed and inclusive, I loved being in a room with lots of other pregnant women and sharing experiences. The yoga is great for mobility, mental health and birth preparation ( I went into labour the morning after my last class!)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Eleanor Moodey12/06/2024Sara is amazing at helping you with all those pregnancy aches and pains, even the more serious ones. She's very experienced and knowledgable and so generous with her time and knowledge. I also recommend her birth preparation and yoga classes too :)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Svea Cheeseman12/06/2024I can’t recommend Sara more highly! Pregnancy yoga, baby yoga, massage, birth preparation class, osteopathy and acupuncture! I have done it all and I love it all! We have had a traumatizing and dramatic birth with our first child and went to her for a private birth preparation class for the second. It made such a huge difference. We felt calm and well prepared and even my husband, who is an introvert and doesn’t like workshops, really enjoyed it. Her garden studio is so lovely and her group sessions informative and social!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Susanne Marburg12/06/2024Sara's treatments book up weeks in advance and this is testament to her incredible skills and true kindness. During the whirlwind of pregnancy and the new life that awaits beyond Sara manages to carve out a serene space where time seems to stop allowing her to find the little sticky nodes in our ever changing bodies that need some helping and healing hands. Her pregnancy and baby & post-natal yoga sessions are also little pockets of light and Sara has built an incredibly knowledgeable and supportive community around her offering. Five stars aren't enough for someone so exceptional who puts a lot of time, effort and heart in to her work.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Amy12/06/2024I’ve been attending Sara’s pregnancy yoga classes for the last two months and it’s always something I look forward to. Not only is it a great way to meet others, Sara has a kind, fun and empathetic approach ensuring exercises are adapted for comfort if needs be.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Sorrel Wood12/06/2024I really enjoy Sara’s prenatal yoga class. She curates such a friendly, nurturing and supportive space and I really value the time each week to connect my mind and body as a pregnant person as well as meeting other local mums to be. She has a lot of skills and expertise and the class is pitched just right. Would appeal both to seasoned yoga practitioners and those who haven’t tried it before.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Sam Bradshaw12/06/2024Sara is so fantastic. I’ve absolutely loved her pregnancy yoga classes through both my pregnancies. A great mix of a gentle yoga workout and a safe space for expectant mums to meet / chat. It was my favourite thing to do during my pregnancy for me! Sara’s treatments are also delightful! Highly recommend!
